We deliver Kalis Radiance Support across the United Kingdom. Pay by cash or card when your parcel arrives - nothing is charged upfront.
Order, Confirm, Receive
Once your order is confirmed by phone, we prepare and dispatch your pack within 1-2 working days. Your parcel arrives in plain, sturdy packaging. When it does, you pay the courier - cash or card.
If nobody is home, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a card with instructions. You can also choose not to accept the delivery if you change your mind - the order is cancelled at no cost.

14-Day Returns
Unopened packs returnable within 14 days.
Returns & Cancellations
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an unopened, factory-sealed pack. Once the packaging seal is broken, returns cannot be accepted for food hygiene reasons - this is a lawful exception under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel before dispatch, let us know when we call for confirmation. After dispatch you may simply refuse the delivery - no charge applies. Full details are available on the Returns Policy page.
